The Le Fontane residence is located in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine, white sand and a sea with shallow waters and incredible colors. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches, to name a few: the protected area of ​​Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco ​​and Punta Molentis. The complex is located in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the town center with its various services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

The airport and port of Cagliari are about 50 km away. A few minutes by car you can reach the famous beaches of the coast of Villasimius characterized by a crystal-clear sea with shallow waters. It is impossible not to mention the protected area of ​​Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco ​​and Punta Molentis. Villasimius is also known for its many places of interest such as archaeological sites, museums, discos, clubs, shops and restaurants. The area also offers the possibility of practicing various sports.
