Structure Description

Medimare Residence Club is a new three-star tourist hotel residence, located in Patti (ME) in Sicily, in the center of the enchanting Gulf of Patti, between Capo Tindari and Capo Calavà, right in front of the Aeolian Islands, a short distance from the Marinello Nature Reserve and its lakes. Immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, it has apartments of various sizes furnished with the utmost care. It is possible to enjoy moments of relaxation in the comfortable swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers and umbrellas made available to guests. The swimming pool is immersed in greenery, surrounded by orange, mulberry, olive and banana trees under whose shade it is possible to read a good book or enjoy the tranquility of the residence. There is also a small play area for children. Inside the residence there is also a restaurant where you can taste typical local dishes, cooked with care, maximum attention but above all with genuine products.

Apartments
The housing units are distributed in two terraced buildings on two floors, nestled in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, with a restaurant, swimming pool and large green park, children's play area.
Finely furnished, all with independent entrance, the apartments have air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchen with oven and large refrigerator, television, small garden if on the ground floor and terrace if on the first floor. Some apartments are specifically for disabled people.

Patti and surroundings
The location of Medimare, being 60 km west of Messina, makes it the ideal place to create a series of tourist routes within the province of Messina, but also the starting point for excursions throughout Sicily.
CASTROREALE
It stands on the Torace hill, a relief of the north-western Peloritani, near the banks of the Longano stream. The urban center has a medieval imprint, with narrow and steep streets and alleys, paved with a typical stone pavement, which open onto squares and breathtaking panoramic points. Worth a visit is the Cathedral, inside which there are many eighteenth-century paintings and a darkroom sundial.
CATANIA
It is a fascinating place that boasts a stunning historic center, included among the UNESCO World Heritage sites. Grand black and white buildings guard baroque squares and lively markets. Etna looms a short distance away and adds a touch of emotion to the lively city.
AEOLIAN ISLANDS
The Aeolian Islands need no introduction, they are one of the most beautiful naturalistic spots in the world. On the island of Vulcano you can bathe in the natural mud pools, very healthy for the skin and lungs, as the sulfur fumes inhaled are very good for your health.
The black beaches are definitely worth a visit. Lipari, the largest and liveliest of the Aeolian Islands, is worth a visit for its beautiful historic center and to taste the Capers and Malvasia!!!! Panarea, the island most frequented by VIPs, thanks to its tranquility, the beauty of its hidden beaches and the total absence of cars, as traffic is prohibited. Stromboli, famous for the Sciara del Fuoco, a huge natural spectacle that allows you to admire every evening from the middle of the sea, the volcanic explosion, with jets of lava that rise into the sky for 50 meters. Alicudi, Salina and Filicudi, ideal for relaxation are the greenest, wildest and most uncontaminated islands.
MILAZZO
Milazzo has a beautiful ancient village and a historic castle, and its peninsula that extends towards the north is a naturalistic point of great charm, dotted with rocky inlets.
MONTALBANO ELICONA
Very famous for its splendid medieval castle, which stands on a hill overlooking and dominating the town of the same name. We are located about 900 meters above sea level, it is one of the 9 municipalities of the island that are part of the club of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. The thriving medieval village has become, for some years now, a must-see destination for tourists who want to discover the most authentic and wild Sicily.
