Description of the property

In Sami, a unique location, between the blue of the sea and the green of the mountains, in the eastern part of Kefalonia.

Position: Kefalonia Island, Sami 1 km, Airport 34 km, Melissani cave 2 km, Drogarati cave 3 km.

Beach: Direct access to the beach with sloping seabed of sand and pebbles.

Pool: pool open from 01/05/2024 to 30/09/2024

Bars and Restaurants: bar restaurant and beach bar from 01/05/2024 to 30/09/2024.

Shops: small shop with personal hygiene and beach items.

Services: washing machines, dryers, free Wi-Fi (reduced speed), safe deposit, first aid, playground.

MOBILHOME 5 ADULTS + 1 CHILD *

A comfortable and functional furniture, with two bedrooms and a living room, is designed specifically to accommodate five adults and one child. A double bedroom, the second room with two single beds and a small bed attached to the wall (suitable for a person of maximum 150 cm and 60 kg). An additional bed in the living room, represented by the seat with cushions around the dining table.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with small freezer, hob, sink and power sockets, plus everything needed for six people; bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the outside of the structure: table with chairs, umbrella, two deckchairs or reclining chairs and, if the campsite allows it, an electric hob. If the outside of the mobile home is equipped with a covered or partially covered terrace, awning or gazebo, the umbrella will not be included among the garden supplies.
