LOCATION: Located in the famous residential area of ​​Rivabella, a few meters from the sea and very close to the most popular discos in Salento and the water park. The Rivabella area is characterized by a long stretch of fine white sand, bordered by a thick pine forest and Mediterranean scrub. These natural beauties, together with the crystal clear waters of the sea, have contributed to making this place one of the most attractive areas for tourists. It is about 4 km from the center of Gallipoli.

DESCRIPTION: The holiday homes are different from each other and furnished according to the tastes of the owners, located in different multi-storey complexes. The types available are the following:
- Two-room apartment 2/4 beds: living-dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom;
- Three-room apartment 4/6 beds: living-dining room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds and bathroom;
Some apartments are equipped with air conditioning and parking space (with supplement and to be requested at the time of booking).

SERVICES: Reception office and info point in Gallipoli with continuous opening hours from 9 am to 8 pm, technical assistance 24 hours a day. Some apartments have a parking space, air conditioning and/or double bathrooms (not available for all apartments, with supplement and on request at the time of booking). In the immediate vicinity you can find markets, restaurants, shops for shopping, bars, etc. Possibility of agreements with beaches, discos, typical restaurants, bike/motorcycle/car rental businesses and more, to spend an unforgettable holiday.

BEACH: From 20 to 150 meters from the sea and free sandy coves. Equipped beaches in the immediate vicinity.
A “Rivabella” today, but in the past it was a “Ponticello” due to the presence of a small underground bridge that helped to drain rainwater into a canal. This was the name given, until the 1970s, to what is now a very famous holiday resort on the northern side of Gallipoli, about 5 km from the city center. It will be worth it to walk them, because here you will find history, sea, nature and fun.
