Description of the facility

Directly on the Ionian coast of Calabria, Camping Thurium Villaggio offers Happy Camp customers discounts to access the beach and to fully enjoy the beauty of these areas. This family-run facility ensures guests the relaxing holiday they desire.

Location: Sibari 10 km, Corigliano 12 km, Rossano 22 km, Sila National Park and Pollino National Park approximately 60 km

Beach: large, sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed, with direct access, free and equipped (for all Happy Camp customers, 1 umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed are also included in the price for each mobile home), open from 12/06/21 to 04/09/21

Swimming pool: the swimming pool is at least 1.4 m deep and maximum 1.9 m deep with hydromassage and is open from 12/06/21 to 04/09/21 and is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee according to availability), entry to the swimming pool is for a fee per family unit (max 4 people) from € 25.00 to € 80.00 per week

Entertainment and sports activities: entertainment for children with mini club and for adults from 12/06/21 to 04/09/21, children's playground, beach volleyball, table tennis; for a fee: tennis courts, five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball, bowls, bike service, pedal boats

Bars and restaurants: restaurant-pizzeria with daily tourist menu, take-away, bar, ice cream parlor

Market: market, fruit and vegetables, butcher, delicatessen, fish shop, bazaar, newsagent, tobacconist, clothing, sporting goods, typical products market

CHECK-IN
Guests are given the opportunity to pre-check-in online before arrival, by sending a copy of their identity document (to be verified at the time of registration).
The guest is asked to fill out a SELF-CERTIFICATION in which he/she certifies his/her good health status (facsimile attached); to speed up the check-in process, the document can be sent to the guest together with the booking confirmation.
The guest is welcomed by keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
The safety distance is also enforced thanks to written communications (signs, stickers and route markers).
In the case of a group or family, invite guests to let only one of them in who acts as an intermediary for everyone.
Carry out the usual check-in procedures by inviting the guest to show their identity document, possibly without touching it.
The card/key (including the key ring) is sanitized before giving it to the guest.
The counter is sanitized between each guest.
CHECK-OUT
Self-check-out and priority check-out operations are encouraged (subject to signing the appropriate authorizations).
Payment with contactless cards, bank transfer or advance payment by credit card is preferred.
If the guest has not already paid the bill, carry out the usual check-out procedures.
Greet the guest while keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
ACCESS FOR VISITORS WHO ARE NOT STAYING IN THE FACILITY
Record the names and contact details of visitors and keep them for at least 14 days.
Have the self-certification completed and signed.
ORGANIZATION
An ANOMALY REGISTER is kept (see attached template) in which anomalous situations must be noted (for example, people who present respiratory symptoms or who require the intervention of a doctor).
The availability of magazines and information material for mixed use has been eliminated.
MEDICAL KIT
A kit is available that contains:
body temperature measurement instrument

surface disinfectant
face-eye masks (separate or combined)

disposable gloves
disposable protective apron
disposable protective suit
disposable bags for the disposal of biologically hazardous waste.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
The reception staff sanitizes:
Magnetic cards/keys and key rings of the rooms.
Stationery.
Staplers.
Reception desk (between one guest and the next).
Telephone (at each shift change or before use by another employee).
POS terminals.
Computer keyboard and mouse.
Touch screens.
Protective barriers.
