Camping Park Umag, one of the largest in Croatia, offers its guests all kinds of activities close to a pebble beach typical of the Istrian area. This property will be ideal for families who want to enjoy their holiday taking advantage of all the best services.
Location: 9 km from Umag, Porec 25 km, Trieste 60 km
Beach: pebble, stone and stone-paved beach with typical Istrian slabs, free with an equipped area (free fixed beach umbrellas and paid sun loungers), with direct access, beach bar and playground
Swimming pool: 2 swimming pool complexes for children and adults equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (paid), pools open from mid-May to mid-September
Entertainment and sports activities: extensive entertainment program for children and adults from June to mid-September, playgrounds, soccer fields, beach volleyball, jogging tracks, sports tournaments; for a fee: table tennis, tennis courts, bike rental, jet skis, canoes, pedal boats, banana boats, windsurfing equipment, parasailing

CHECK-IN
Guests are given the opportunity to pre-check in online before arrival, by sending a copy of their identity document (to be verified at the time of registration).
The guest is asked to fill out a SELF-CERTIFICATION in which he/she certifies his/her good health status (sample attached); to speed up the check-in process, the document can be sent to the guest together with the booking confirmation.
The guest is welcomed by keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
The safety distance is also enforced thanks to written communications (signs, stickers and route marker guides).
In the case of a group or family, invite the guests to let only one of them enter who acts as an intermediary for everyone.
The usual check-in procedures are carried out by inviting the guest to show the identity document, possibly without touching it.
The card/key (including the key ring) is sanitized before giving it to the guest.
The counter is sanitized between one guest and the next.
CHECK-OUT
Self check-out and priority check-out operations are encouraged (subject to signing the appropriate authorizations).
Payment with contactless cards, bank transfer or advance payment by credit card is preferred.
If the guest has not already paid the bill, carry out the usual check-out procedures.
Greet the guest while maintaining the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
ACCESS OF VISITORS WHO ARE NOT STAYING IN THE STRUCTURE
Record the names and contact details of visitors and keep them for at least 14 days.
Have the self-certification form filled out and signed.
ORGANIZATION
An ANOMALY REGISTER is kept (see attached template) in which anomalous situations must be noted (for example, people who present respiratory symptoms or who require the intervention of a doctor).
The availability of magazines and information material for mixed use has been eliminated.
MEDICAL KIT
A kit is available that contains:

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
The reception staff sanitizes:
Magnetic cards/room keys and key rings.
Stationery.
Staplers.
Reception desk (between guests).
Telephone (at each shift change or before use by another employee).
POS terminals.
Computer keyboard and mouse.
Touch screens.
Protective barriers.
