Description of the Structure

Lo Smerando, just 3 km from the town of Capoliveri, in the Baia della Fontanella, and about 8 km from Porto Azzurro, consists of studio apartments inside a structure located on a hill of Mediterranean scrub that slopes down to the sea with a breathtaking view. The gaze is enchanted by the colors of the landscape that looks on three sides at the green and blue of the island without obstacles to the view.

At the disposal of guests, private unattended parking, large infinity pool with fresh water (open from mid-June to mid-September) and large sunbathing areas with sun loungers and umbrellas, shared barbecue and lift.

The pretty villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro are easily reachable with all kinds of services, shops, boutiques and characteristic restaurants, where you can breathe the unmistakable atmosphere of the Island of Elba.

It is about 500 meters from Naregno, with a mainly sandy beach that extends into a long inlet dominated on the right by the suggestive star-shaped structure of Forte Focardo, built in the mid-1600s by the Viceroy of Naples.

On the beach there is a car park with rental of beach equipment and pedal boats, sailing school and rental of windsurfing, sailing boats, dinghies, Diving Center, slipway for hauling. Also a minimarket with newspapers and tobacco, bars and restaurants.

Some with a sea view and others with a pool view, are equipped with an equipped terrace, satellite TV, electric roller shutters, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning with supplement.
