The Benaco Residential Center is located in the municipality of Manerba, in the amphitheater of the Gulf of the same name that extends from the island of Garda to Punta di Manerba.
The area is one of the quietest and most characteristic that the lake can offer. The Gulf of Manerba opens towards the south and is particularly protected from cold winds thanks to the mountains that surround it, which allows you to enjoy a Mediterranean climate characterized by rich vegetation that makes these areas incomparably suggestive.

The C.R.B. extends over an area of ​​approximately 150,000 square meters and includes multi-family buildings and residence-type properties. Located in Manerba del Garda via Catullo 31, inside the Centro Residenziale Benaco residence equipped with 2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball court and green spaces, with lake view, apartment with 1 bedroom for 6 people.
The apartment fully equipped and set up for every need of its guests, welcomes vacationers with the bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer. The living room overlooks the terrace equipped with an outdoor table with chairs for magnificent breakfasts and lunches in the open air.
The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with 2 single bunk beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet completes this apartment.
Guests can park their car in the reserved parking spaces inside the property.
The residence has 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 swimming pools for children, open from 1 June to 15 September.
Pets are not allowed.
The center of Manerba is easily reachable on foot with a walk of just 10 minutes, where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The beach is 300 meters away.
A few minutes from the apartment you can reach the wineries producing local wine and oil, boat rental, golf courses, Gardaland, Roman baths Sirmione, Verona, Venice.

Located in Manerba del Garda via Catullo 31, inside the Centro Residenziale Benaco residence with 2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball court and green spaces, with lake view, studio apartment for 4 people.
The apartment is fully equipped and set up for every need of its guests, welcomes vacationers with a bright living room, flat-screen TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer. The living room overlooks the terrace equipped with an outdoor table with chairs for magnificent breakfasts and lunches in the open air.
The apartment consists of a double sofa bed, armchair bed, and single futon mattress, can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet completes this apartment.
Guests can park their car in the reserved parking spaces inside the property.
The residence is equipped with 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 swimming pools for children, open from June 1st to September 15th.
