Composed of 12 independent apartments, furnished in authentic Sardinian style and equipped with every comfort, the complex offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette complete with oven and dishes, washing machine, bathroom with shower, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The apartments, distributed between the ground floor and first floor, boast an equipped patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.

Guests can take advantage of exclusive services, including free access to the wonderful swimming pool with solarium, and discounted rates at the partner restaurant/pizzeria of the Hotel Maria Rosaria, located just 700 meters away.

The property is also easily reachable from the airport and port of Olbia, which are about 100 km away.

BEACH It is about 3 km from the free beach of Marina di Orosei and 7 km from the beach of Osala. On the beach you can practice various water sports.

EQUIPMENT In addition to the private unattended parking, there is also the possibility of public parking nearby. At the nearby Maria Rosaria hotel, about 220 meters away, you can use the services such as the reception office, swimming pool and solarium. Possibility of renting beach towels and outdoor showers. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, newsagent, ice cream parlor, pharmacy and medical service. The structure accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
