The Residence Toscana Verde, offers a familiar and informal Country style atmosphere, the structure is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in a panoramic position on a gentle hill overlooking the fertile and green Piana di Laterina, surrounded by a 35,000 square meter park full of centuries-old plants scrupulously preserved. A splendid landscape framed by the typical Tuscan hills to completely immerse yourself in the quiet and serenity.

Inside the structure there is the La Tabaccaia Restaurant, whose cuisine, strictly based on typical Tuscan dishes, completes the setting for an unforgettable holiday. The structure has a modular conference room equipped with audio / video systems, ADSL and WiFi connection. During the summer, in the large park, customers can use the large swimming pool overlooking the Arno Valley. Customers can use a tennis court just 1 km from the structure.

Inside the residence, there is an intimate Wellness Area (for a fee) renamed Relax Room, obviously not having the size and some unique differences compared to a Spa.

Inside you will find a Turkish Bath, Sauna and a beautiful Jacuzzi where you can spend real moments of pleasure and tranquility and sun loungers where you can relax. The structure has two-room apartments with four beds, equipped with all the basic comforts.
