Il Roseto is a small and charming complex located in the center of Procchio, a stone's throw from the sea. It is the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday and thanks to its location, it allows you to easily reach the various sides of the island.

It is about 300 meters from the fine sandy beach where you can rent umbrellas, windsurfs, small boats, jet skis, take sailing courses or go scuba diving.

At guests' disposal, private unattended parking inside the structure.

Located on the mezzanine floor and on the first floor. They are comfortable, well furnished and well-kept. They all have an equipped balcony, electric hobs, TV and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning with supplement.
