The First Cabin Club, located on Lake Havasu, is located at the end of the Nautical Inn, Arizona's only beachfront resort!

Each unit has a private balcony or patio right on the lake, so you can step out and swim or enjoy the sun and all that beauty. The First Cabin Club units offer everything you need for your vacation. Each of our thirty suites has an unobstructed view of Lake Havasu. Each unit also has separate living and sleeping areas, a kitchen, and a private balcony or patio. Each suite has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. There is a separate living room with a sofa bed, TV, and DVD player.

If you're feeling active, rent anything from a kayak to a houseboat to a full-service water sports facility right on the property. From sunrise to sunset, there's always something to enjoy in your deluxe suite. First Cabin Club is also the only resort on Lake Havasu where boat owners can launch and dock right in front of their unit.
