Description of the property

LOCATION: The small and characteristic accommodations are located in the historic center of Gallipoli, also known as the "Pearl of the Ionian", an island surrounded by ancient walls connected to the mainland by a seventeenth-century bridge. In this context, characterized by the classic narrow and winding streets, there are most of the religious and historical buildings that highlight the different dominations that have marked the various eras. The area is entirely pedestrian (full of souvenir shops, typical restaurants and bars) ideal for long walks in a unique atmosphere. In the port area, near the access stairs to the bastions, there is a large parking area.

DESCRIPTION: The Holiday Homes are all different from each other and located on the ground floor or in multi-storey buildings, some with French windows. They can be grouped into the following categories:
- Mono 2: sleeps 2, in a single room with double bed or double or double sofa bed. Equipped with kitchenette, TV and private bathroom.
- Mono 3: ideal for 2 to 3 people, in a single room with double bed or double sofa bed, plus extra bed. Equipped with kitchenette, TV and private bathroom.
- Bilo 2/4: ideal for 4 people, consisting of two rooms, with double bed and double or double sofa bed. Equipped with kitchenette, TV and private bathroom.

The accommodation includes the first supply of bed linen and towels and use of the kitchenette. Some apartments are equipped with air conditioning with a supplement on site (to be requested at the time of booking, not available for all apartments).
SERVICES: Reception office, technical assistance and info point with continuous hours from 9 am to 8 pm. Possibility of agreements with discos, organization of boat trips, guided tours and even bike/motorcycle/car rental activities, transfer services and more to spend an unforgettable holiday
BEACH: The closest is the famous sandy cove of Purità, the distance varies based on the assignment, from a minimum of 30 meters to a maximum of 500 meters.
