Located on a hill in the Chianti area, Camping Village Norcenni Girasole Club is completely immersed in the hills of Tuscany. Considered one of the best campsites in Europe, it allows those who stay there to discover the beauty and flavors of this area while spending a regenerating and fun holiday
Location: 5 km from the center of Figline Valdarno, Florence approx. 34 km, Siena approx. 93 km
Swimming pools: two complexes with swimming pools for children and adults, with lagoons, slides and “lazy river”; equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, in low season one of the pools is covered and heated, indoor pool opening from 04/24/21 to 10/24/21, outdoor pools open from 04/25/21 to 10/04/21 (depending on weather conditions), in low season the pool openings may vary.
Entertainment and sports activities: mini club and entertainment for adults and children from 04/25/21 to 09/25/21, playground, disco, soccer field, mini golf, table tennis; for a fee: Fun Fair Adventure Park, tennis courts, bike, scooter and car rental, riding stables and horse riding, private transfers to/from the airport.
Bars and restaurants: two restaurants-pizzerias and a restaurant specializing in typical Tuscan cuisine and grills, Loggia del Gusto with delicatessen, pizza by the slice, bakery, two bars, ice cream parlor, 2 pool bars

CHECK-IN
Guests are given the opportunity to pre-check-in online before arrival, by sending a copy of their identity document (to be verified at the time of registration).
The guest is asked to fill out a SELF-CERTIFICATION in which he/she certifies his/her good health status (facsimile attached); to speed up the check-in process, the document can be sent to the guest together with the booking confirmation.
The guest is welcomed by keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
The safety distance is also enforced thanks to written communications (signs, stickers and route marker guides).
In the case of a group or family, invite guests to let only one of them enter to act as an intermediary for everyone.
Carry out the usual check-in procedures by inviting the guest to show their identity document, possibly without touching it.
Sanitize the card/key (including the key ring) before giving it to the guest.
Sanitize the counter between each guest.
CHECK-OUT
Self-check-out and priority check-out operations are encouraged (subject to signing the appropriate authorizations).
Payment with contactless cards, bank transfer or advance payment by credit card is preferred.
If the guest has not already paid the bill, carry out the usual check-out procedures.
Greet the guest while keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
ACCESS FOR VISITORS WHO ARE NOT STAYING IN THE FACILITY
Record the names and contact details of visitors and keep them for at least 14 days.
Have the self-certification completed and signed.
ORGANIZATION
An ANOMALY REGISTER is kept (see attached template) in which anomalous situations must be noted (for example, people who present respiratory symptoms or who require the intervention of a doctor).
The availability of magazines and information material for mixed use has been eliminated.
MEDICAL KIT
A kit is available that contains:

Reception desk (between one guest and the next).
Telephone (at each shift change or before use by another employee).

Touch screens.
Protective barriers.
