The townhouses at Ponta Grande Resort in Sesmarias near the town of Albufeira in the Algarve are all two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas on two levels. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, a large living room and a kitchen. All have a large outdoor patio with garden furniture. The lounge area has a double sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. The resort is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and is set in lush gardens. The houses are very spacious and fully equipped, most are arranged around the large outdoor pool.

On site you can also find a children's pool, bar, play area, mini golf, restaurant, snack bar, games room, internet room, mini market, tennis court, laundry service and parking.

Ponta Grande Resort in Portugal is a four star resort located in the western part of Albufeira, in Sesmarias, between the beaches of S. Rafael and Castelo. The center of Albufeira is almost two miles from the resort where you can find restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The marina is less than a mile away and the Salgados golf course is two miles away. Sesmarias is outside the center of Albufeira and is ideal for those who like a quieter holiday.

Albufeira, once a quiet fishing village, has now expanded to become a thriving tourist center, but its old town still retains the narrow streets and white houses perched on a charming beach.
