100 meters from the beach of Torre Mozza in Salento are located in via Fenoglio, 29/31 (formerly Via Trilussa), are located on the first floor and on the ground floor. The houses consist of a living room with kitchenette (not all apartments have an oven), bathroom with shower, double bedroom and small bedroom with bunk beds. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, are furnished in a modern style and are equipped with TV, air conditioning in the living room, electric oven (not in all apartments), mosquito nets attached to the shutters and a washing machine for shared use located in an independent room on the ground floor.

The ground floor apartment has an external patio in front and behind, the first floor apartment instead has a small balcony, both apartments are equipped with outdoor furniture that can be used for pleasant outdoor breakfasts, the parking space is on the street (not paid) nearby.

The distance from the sandy beach is just 100 meters walkable in just 5 minutes, there is both free beach and equipped beaches, furthermore the town of Torre Mozza is served by bars, restaurants and small supermarkets.
