650 m from the "Cala D'Ambra" beach and close to the famous "La Cinta" and "L'Isuledda" beaches. A few steps from the center of San Teodoro, the "Approdo Verde" Residence is a residential complex of holiday apartments arranged in a horseshoe that surrounds a central area, available to all customers, excellently maintained as a garden with an English lawn, lush plants and olive trees. In granite and stone with fine wood ceilings, they are well-kept apartments, which overlook a single central garden; the position makes Approdo Verde an oasis of tranquility, an ideal and safe space also for children.
Furthermore, here the holiday is the perfect combination of crystal clear sea, splendid beaches and liveliness in the streets of the center.

Apartments designed to welcome and host you for the holidays without you missing the comforts of your home in the city.

To furnish them, we asked ourselves what we would have wanted to find if we had gone on holiday... we put ourselves in your shoes and we personalized each of these apartments to make them unique. Modern furniture and pieces of artistic craftsmanship coexist and complement each other to give you the warmth and hospitality of our island.

Our apartments are located on the ground floor, with opening on two sides: onto the shared garden with a covered veranda, and on the back with a small private terrace; or on the first floor, with a veranda overlooking the large shared garden.

Inside, brightly colored paintings to tell the story of summer on the walls and headboards of the beds painted and hand-made in the Botteghe d'Arte Su Gologone Style, or in Sardinian style with traditional motifs; then bedspreads and sofa covers made with the typical "a pibiones" weaving.

All the apartments also have a TV with digital terrestrial, private bathroom and low beds. The verandas are equipped with tables and chairs, and in the large shared garden there are deckchairs, sun loungers and hammocks.

Also available to all guests is the Atrapasuenos relaxation area, with a collection of dream-catchers called “Scacciapensieri”, inside which large maps and itineraries are displayed to learn about and visit the area, and books with which we would like to offer our guests a sort of crossbooking, a book exchange.

Two-room apartments with 4 beds

Composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with a double bedroom and bathroom. They can accommodate 4 people.

Two-room apartment with 6 beds

Composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, habitable mezzanine with two low beds, double bedroom and bathroom. They can accommodate 6 people.

Three-room apartment with 6 beds

They have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two low beds and bathroom. They can accommodate 6 people.
