VILLAGGIO 230 APPARTAMENTI Located about 1800 meters from the center of Follonica, bordering the Via Aurelia and the railway, near the beautiful Pratoranieri seafront, it is the ideal choice for a relaxing and sporting holiday. The village is made up of brick terraced houses and inside it the circulation of cars is prohibited, permitted exclusively in the perimeter area.
BEACH About 450 meters away is the free sandy beach of Follonica, reachable via a dedicated path both on foot and by bicycle (by car about 2 km). The village offers the possibility of booking with payment on site, to be requested at the time of booking and with limited availability, umbrellas and sunbeds at a facility that is 650 to 700 meters away depending on the type of apartment.

FACILITIES It has private unattended parking, one parking space for each housing unit, swimming pool for adults and children (swimming cap required) open from 08/04 to 17/10 opening/closing at the discretion of the facility (with lifeguard assistance from 29/05 to 12/09), reception with night porter service, bar, restaurant, mini market-bazaar, take-away food (upon reservation), coin-operated laundry, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in common areas, TV room, tennis court and five-a-side football pitch (night lighting for a fee), beach volleyball court and table tennis. Entertainment, Mini Club 4/10 years and Junior Club 10/14 years and adults with evening shows, children's area equipped with swings and games. Possibility of bicycle rental. The facility accepts credit cards.

THE APARTMENTS All on the raised ground floor with equipped veranda, arranged in four-family units, functionally furnished, they are equipped with independent entrance, front and rear garden, TV, fridge, telephone, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. The Bilo Classic are located 50/100 meters from the village services and 650/700 meters from the sea, while the Trilo Premium located near the Village services, are 450/650 meters from the sea. Upon request at the time of booking, with a supplement to be paid on site, possibility of an apartment equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and/or oven.

In addition to accepting them in the common areas, the Village has a dog walking area, a reserved area with umbrellas and deckchairs by the pool, and some dedicated tables in the restaurant room (they must always be kept on a leash).
