Less than two kilometres from the lively tourist centre of Platja d'Aro, Camping Cala Gogo is the ideal destination for those who want to relax and have fun at the same time. Nestled in a tourist area full of shops, bars and restaurants to spend summer evenings in freedom, this property enjoys wonderful views and will satisfy the most demanding with the surrounding nature and the splendid beach it overlooks.

Location: only 1.5 km from the lively tourist center of Platja d'Aro, you can also visit the city of Girona 38 km and the famous Barcelona 108 km

Beach: pebble beach, free and reachable through an underpass, sloping seabed, during the medium and high season the campsite offers guests a free shuttle bus, restaurant-bar

Swimming pool: two swimming pools for children and four for adults (some swimming pools heated during the low season), equipped with free sunbeds (subject to availability), swimming pools open all season

Entertainment and activities: daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults with games, activities and sports tournaments, dancing evenings and evening shows from the beginning of July to the end of August, playground, free tennis court, beach volleyball, multipurpose field for five-a-side football, basketball and handball and a mini sports-place in the center of the campsite, table tennis; for a fee: bike rental

Bar and restaurant: restaurant, take-away, bar, beach bar and a small bar near the pools, bar restaurant and pool in the accommodation area.

CHECK-IN
Guests are given the opportunity to pre-check in online before arrival by sending a copy of their identity document (to be verified at the time of registration).
The guest is asked to fill out a SELF-CERTIFICATION in which he/she certifies his/her good health status (facsimile attached); to speed up the check-in process, the document can be sent to the guest together with the booking confirmation.
The guest is welcomed by keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.
The safety distance is also enforced thanks to written communications (signs, stickers and route marker guides).
In the case of a group or family, invite guests to let only one of them enter who acts as an intermediary for everyone.
The usual check-in procedures are carried out by inviting the guest to show their identity document, possibly without touching it.
The card/key (including the key ring) is sanitized before giving it to the guest.
The counter is sanitized between guests.

CHECK-OUT
Self-check-out and priority check-out operations are encouraged (subject to the signing of the appropriate authorizations).
Payment with contactless cards, bank transfer or advance payment by credit card is preferred.
If the guest has not already paid the bill, carry out the usual check-out procedures.
Greet the guest while keeping the correct distance and avoiding any type of physical contact.

ACCESS OF VISITORS WHO ARE NOT STAYING IN THE STRUCTURE
Record the names and contact details of visitors and keep them for at least 14 days.
Have the self-certification form filled out and signed.

ORGANIZATION
An ANOMALY REGISTER is kept (see attached template) in which abnormal situations must be noted (for example, people who present respiratory symptoms or who require medical intervention).
The availability of magazines and information material for mixed use has been eliminated.

MEDICAL KIT
A kit is available that contains:
body temperature measurement instrument

surface disinfectant
face-eye masks (separate or combined)

disposable gloves
disposable protective apron
disposable protective suit
disposable bags for the disposal of biologically hazardous waste.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
The reception staff takes care of the sanitization of:
Magnetic cards/keys and key rings of the rooms.
Stationery.
Staplers.
Reception desk (between one guest and the next).
Telephone (at each shift change or before use by another employee).
POS terminals
Keyboard and mouse of computers.
Touch screens.
Protective barriers.
